That's exactly what happened when we packed up the car and headed to Camp Kindling with our three kids. Set in the beautiful Kent countryside, it felt like stepping into a magical woodland where adventure was waiting around every corner.
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was incredible. Instead of busy queues and stressed-out parents, there were smiling families, children running through the trees, live music drifting through the forest and a real sense of community. It instantly felt like somewhere we could relax while our kids explored, laughed and made unforgettable memories.

Our Favourite Camp Kindling Highlights
One of the things we loved most was that every member of our family found something to get excited about. With so many activities to choose from, every hour brought a new adventure.
The biggest family bragging rights definitely went to Jason, who somehow managed to make the clearest air rifle shot of the whole festival! 🎯🏆 It quickly became one of those moments everyone was talking about, and it's safe to say he won't be letting us forget it anytime soon.
The flying trapeze was one of the standout experiences, alongside dune buggies, aerial silks, raft building, Nerf battles, nature trails, and plenty of creative workshops. Making a tie-dye T-shirt was another brilliant activity, leaving with a colourful keepsake that made the experience even more memorable.
What made Camp Kindling so special wasn't just the activities themselves—it was how easy it was to spend quality time together.
When the Sun Went Down
As the sun began to set, Camp Kindling became even more magical. The woodland lit up with fairy lights, live music filled the air, family discos got everyone dancing, and the food stalls created a relaxed festival atmosphere that felt exciting without ever being overwhelming.

Whether it's mastering the flying trapeze, creating a tie-dye masterpiece, racing around on dune buggies or celebrating an incredible bullseye on the air rifle range, every moment feels like another memory added to your family's bucket list.
